Sara and Glen have a baby boy!

Quin Steven Quigley-born Janurary 22, 2009 at 2112 hours (9:12 PM), weighing in at 9 pounds 2 ounces. 21 3/4 inches long. Looks like his dad, mild temperment until you make him mad, then he lets everyone know he is mad!!!!
Big sisters like to fight over holding him.

Happy New Year 2009!!

For New Year's eve, Liz had a game night at their house. They got a pool table for Christmas. There was pool, game box (?what kind), games and lots of food. I had to work until 8PM and work on New Year's day, so I was a party pooper and stayed about one hour--ate some yummy food, took a couple of pictures, then was home asleep by 1030 PM. Cheyenne as a "Zombie"--look at all the good food from Liz, Sara and Connie.

This last weekend, Jody and Liz took the horses to the cutter races (chariot horse races). Miranda, Bailey and Stetson came to play at Gammy's house for Saturday and Sunday. Maci and Avri came over on Saturday to play, then Sara had a wonderful Turkey dinner after church on Sunday. The girls made their own tutu's. Bailey loved playing cards: Five Crown.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to all! I set the camera on a timer on the tripod and hurried into the picture, it is impossible to get everyone to look good all at one time.
We played the usual game where there are a bunch of crazy presents wrapped up and everybody can steal from each other or get a new one. Cheyenne loved her tutu.
Cheyenne wrote a skit. Bailey was Santa Claus, but his beard did not want to stay on. You can see the computer chair Sara, Glen, Amy and Dave and families gave Lonnie and I for Christmas--it is wonderful! I am enjoying it right now.

Bubble gum blowing contest. We had just eaten wonderful food that everyone brought to share then everyone was given two to three pieces of gum and had to see who could blow the bubble first. Miranda won this year.

Jody made marshmellow blow guns for everybody. We had lots of fun shooting marshmellows at everyone, the most fun was when everyone ganged up against Jami. She was suppose to go to work, but was put on call for the first 4 hours.

King Midas

Bailey was in a school play this December. He was King Midas in the Golden Touch. He had "71" parts to remember. He did an awesome job and put feeling into his parts. He loves to make people laugh and will be a great entertainer someday. He loves telling me jokes and about an entertainer that is a ventriloquist. Fifth grade is good for him! He has the same teacher that Miranda had last year. She is good. He never is wanting for girls to "go with". He is a happy guy!

Progress on my view

The Stake Center is coming along. (One of the missionaries said it is going to be a stake center). Lonnie took these pictures because he felt you needed to see it's progress.

Kamy turns 8

Kamy turned 8 on 30 November. She is a cutie! Jami had a party at her house. Kamy and Sara made her birthday cake. Gammy had to work late, but she had had a date with Kamy earlier in the week. Kamy and Gammy went shopping and then made Kamy's poster for school for her birthday. Gammy had a wonderful time and Kamy seemed to also!

Stake center is growing

The church that is being built across the street is starting to look like a building. These are pictures are from Monday to Friday this week. It is going up fast now. The prep and foundation took 2 months--but isn't that how it is, a good foundation does not just happen, it takes time and lots of effort!! Bless you all!
